Authenticity is not something we do or don’t have. It’s a practice—a conscious choice for how we want to live and lead. It is a daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we truly are. Truly being ourselves, as we lead our lives and organisations, is one of the most challenging and courageous endeavours we’ll ever undertake in life. In this webinar, we will dismantle the illusion of external expectations and embrace our inherent worth as women and female leaders.

A Story of Two Leaders with Bob Anderson, Chief Knowledge Officer & Co-Founder of Leadership Circle
This webinar with Bob Anderson, Co-Founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of Leadership Circle, explores the story of two senior managers who could not work together. Bob was asked to consult with them because their relationship was having a negative impact on business results. Bob will use their two Leadership Circle Profiles to explain the Profile, how it is organised, and how it highlighted the dysfunctional dynamics between these two leaders. In so doing, you will get a good overview of the Leadership Circle Profile, its power, and how it can be used not only to successfully improve performance (individually and collectively) but also its deeply transformative impact.
At our 2020 Asia Pacific conference, Bob Anderson presented his emerging model of Unity Informed Integral Leadership. Since then, Bob has continued developing and applying this framework. Recently, an article about this was published in Regius Magazine titled, The Future of Leadership is Integral: Informed by Unity. Join us as Bob explores how this work has unfolded.
When we launched the new and interactive Leadership Circle Profile™ report we heard great feedback about the new features and excitement about wanting to see the LCP report in action. The webinar provides a demonstration of the new features and interactive components of the LCP report and demonstrates how to access and share the report within Project Center.

Unleashing Gender Structures and Wholeness for Transformational Leadership

In this virtual event, Cynthia Adams explores the significance of this research and walks us through a profoundly insightful, data-rich, and very necessary conversation.
