Introduction to Polarity Wisdom™
Polarities are tensions and conflicts we navigate every day, whether we call them polarities or not! In this workshop, you will learn the language of polarities, learn to distinguish between problems and polarities, and also get a taste of how they invisibly operate within individuals, teams, and organizations.
When narrow, short-term solutions are implemented without a deep understanding of the polarities at play, the consequences can be abundant: fragmented teams, unresolved conflicts, lack of innovation, reduced effectiveness, difficulty adapting to change, burnout, and turnover.
To help leaders be more effective in addressing existing and emergent challenges, we need to help them see the landscape differently. Polarity Wisdom™ enables leaders to deeply understand what is at the heart of a tension and how to manage it in more generative ways. Leaders can thus gain clearer insight into the challenging dilemmas showing up within themselves and in their workplaces, homes, and global affairs.

Gabriel Powell
Gabriel is an Integral Master Coach™, a Professional Maturity Coach from the VeDA, and a Leadership Circle Profile™ coach. With 20 years of experience as a senior consultant, facilitator, and coach, Gabriel empowers leaders and teams to tap into their fuller potential through executive coaching, leadership training, and transformational workshops.
