Stories We Lead By:
Narrative Identity for Leaders
EMPOWER YOUR LEADERSHIP BY CHALLENGING OLD STORIES AND UNLEASHING NEW POSSIBILITIES.
Narrative identity is the story we tell ourselves about ourselves. It encompasses how we make sense of our past, imagine our future, and experience our present. It is the primary narrative structure of our lives. How we lead is an expression of this structure. Our story-of-self profoundly shapes how we approach challenges, communicate with others, lead our teams, and make sense of our own behavior. And we can get stuck in these stories. We may find ourselves trapped in narratives that are too small for our lives—stories that limit our effectiveness, sap our energy, and constrain our potential.
Join us for a 60-minute webinar where you will explore the power of your narrative identity and discover how it shapes your leadership journey. By examining your personal story, you’ll gain self-awareness, uncovering how your past experiences influence how you live, lead, and envision the future. You will shift from being a protagonist constrained by an old, limiting narrative to embracing authorship, allowing you to consciously redefine your identity. This process will lead to liberation, unlocking new possibilities in both your personal and professional life. As you step into more deliberate resilience, you’ll challenge and break free from limiting stories that have held you back, allowing for transformative growth. By understanding how your story has shaped your relationships, you’ll build deeper connections with your team and peers, opening pathways for stronger collaboration. Ultimately, you’ll live into an expanded and authentic impact, driving innovation, fostering change, and cultivating a culture of growth within your organization.
