Join long-time LC community member and influential practitioner Paul Wyman, who is a seasoned Leadership Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Founder of Inner Team Dialogue, and Author of Part of Me, along with Cindy Adams, for the upcoming webinar, The Inner Team and the Leadership Circle Profile: A Parts-Based Approach to Transforming Reactive Patterns. In this session, Paul will introduce Inner Team Dialogue (ITD), a powerful coaching approach based on parts-work principles. This method offers a fresh perspective on Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) patterns and provides innovative ways to deepen and accelerate your coaching. 

We’ll start with a high-level introduction to parts-work, exploring how it can reveal new insights into reactive patterns and leadership development. You’ll experience an interactive exercise designed to apply these principles to your own coaching practice. We’ll also delve into how parts operate as polarities and how leveraging these can enhance leadership capacity.

You’ll witness a demonstration of ITD in action, focusing on a common reactive pattern, and hear real-world case examples of how ITD can be integrated into LCP coaching engagements. By the end of the webinar, you'll have an approach you can immediately apply in your LCP coaching work.
