Mark Burrell

Mark is a trusted coach and mentor to C-suite executives and senior teams. Known for facilitating breakthroughs in team dialogue and dynamics, he brings a human-centered curiosity to strategic challenges, a systemic lens on renewal and growth, and deep expertise in generative dialogue practices.

As managing director of consulting services (APAC), Mark leads a team focused on top team performance and leadership development. He is also co-founder of Larapinta Connect, a roundtable for business leaders exploring purpose, meaning, and legacy—while fostering deeper ties between business and Indigenous Australia.

Mark is recognized for his ability to help leadership teams build trust, strengthen culture, and bring emerging futures into the present. He has advised executive teams across leading global and Australian companies, cultivating lasting shifts in culture and performance.

His coaching and advisory work supports leaders in accessing deeper wisdom and applying it skillfully to their most critical opportunities.

Before consulting, Mark held senior leadership roles at BHP, Qantas, and Stockland, where he led business transformation, cultural change, and people strategies. He has since guided international teams delivering leadership and culture solutions to some of the world’s most iconic organizations.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has completed the MGSM Advanced Management Program. Based in Sydney with his wife and two children, he spends most weekends surfing and enjoying the beach.
