Facilitator: John Tse Tow, Senior Leadership Consultant and LC Faculty 


John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) at the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) at CTI – Co-Active Training Institute. He is also a Leadership Circle faculty member and a faculty member of CTI, which means he trains new coaches by acting as a Leader from the Front and Behind (servant leader) to bring forth transformation. John is a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360, Belbin Team Roles and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. John’s corporate background consists of over 18 years in global financial institutions as well as consulting experience across different industries including pharmaceutical, luxury retail, automotive, and manufacturing.

Originally from Brunei, John has also lived in Brisbane, Shanghai and Hong Kong. His multi-culturalism has brought him to deliver courses in many countries and territories in the region – some of which are Brunei, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. He is also able to coach in English, Mandarin, Cantonese as well as Malay.

John currently works with leadership teams and team leaders across numerous industries. With a learning and development career spanning 18 years, John has facilitated and coached over 200 leadership teams through the VUCA world that they are currently facing. John’s mission is to connect these leaders to a higher level of consciousness. He believes that when leaders are connected to their own values and purpose, creative leadership shows. The basis of John’s approach is that every individual is creative and whole, and that coaching unlocks the creativity and resources that lie within. John believes that leadership begins with the awareness of self. This applies to both the individual leader as well as a leadership team. Leadership transformation is brought forward by revealing the system to itself and holding the leader as naturally creative and resourceful.
